From a Home Kitchen to a Private Limited Company: The Royal Savera Story

Royal Savera Foods did not begin in a boardroom. It began in a home kitchen in Gorakhpur in 2002, under the name Sanjeevani Products, with recipes that our founder, Mrs. Vandana Agarwal, refused to compromise on: honest ingredients, careful preparation and a taste that had to be identical every single time.

The first standard: taste like the last batch

Long before "batch consistency" became an industry phrase, it was the household rule. Neighbours became customers, customers became repeat buyers, and the reputation that carried the brand forward was built on a simple promise — it tastes the same as the jar you bought last month.

We grow by meeting demand with quality, not by pushing products.

From home venture to industrial unit

As demand outgrew the home setup, the operation moved into an industrial facility at GIDA, Sahjanwa (Gorakhpur). Fresh procurement of fruits and vegetables, hygiene-first batch processing and disciplined packing turned a home-kitchen promise into a manufacturing system.

On 25th March 2013, the business was incorporated as a private limited company — Royal Savera Foods — formalising what the kitchen had always practised.

What we make today

Today the range spans sauces, chutneys and pantry essentials — continental, tomato and green chilli sauces, green chilli chutney, soy sauce, vinegar, MSG seasoning, noodles/sewian, mayonnaise and pasta — 16+ SKUs supplied to 250+ B2B buyers across wholesale, distribution and HoReCa channels.

The road ahead

The scale has changed; the standard has not. Every batch that leaves GIDA is still measured against the rule set in a Gorakhpur kitchen two decades ago — dependable taste, every batch, every time.
